Dexter Cub Scouters:

Attached are materials for the Second Annual All-Dexter Cubmobile Event! The rally will be held on Memorial Day again at the Dexter High School. We would like to add a number of improvements to the event, but we will need some help to make it happen. Attached you will find:

Our annual Relay for Life is this weekend, and so far only 6 scouts/families have signed up.

We need just one hour of your time to walk around Memorial Park and keep the relay going. If you can raise a little money for the cause before that then wonderful, but it isn't a requirement.

More than 70 members of our Pack braved the weather and attended all or part of our Annual Spring Camporee. Scouts used 4 of their 5 senses on our hike, cooked their own hotdogs & smores over the campfire, told great ghost stories and performed skits. 14 Scouts found more than 10 different live specimens during the water ecology program with Jennifer the Naturalist.

Over 40 members of our Pack hiked from Wylie to Monument Park, picked up trash,had a tasty DQ rest stop and back to Wylie. Dexter is a little cleaner due to our efforts.

All parents - as this school year comes to a close, we are looking for YOUR input for next year's programming. Please take a few minutes to let us know how we're doing and what kinds of activities you/your scout(s) would like to do in the future. Pack 477 needs your help!

We are looking this month for a Outings Chair. This position will endeavor to promote & coordinate a monthly Pack outing in conjunction with council programming,previous activity programming and developing new programming. Need not attend all activities, but the more the merrier. Position needs to be filled.
